getting anti social at the end of pregnancy.....

    So....

im just shy of 34weeks, with only 3 weeks to go till we meet our long awaited baby girl.

BUT ive noticed im becoming VERY anti social.

i avoid answering the phone, going out, anything where i might have to show some effort in speaking to people.
i just cant be bothered with the "how much longer" or "what are you having?" or "whats her name?" or " ill be u cant wait for it to be over?" questions now.

maybe its coz im getting tired and more and more uncomfy but i just wanted to see if i was the only cranky feral preggo or if its somewhat normal to be this way?

    thanks!

Perfectly normal! I stayed at home as much as I could in late preg with Bella - I tell you though when I was nearly 2 weeks over it was fun to see the look on ppls faces when they asked how long and I said "2 weeks ago!" it was like I was a ticking timebomb!! LOL

I'm starting to feel exactly the same way and still have 21weeks to go. I'm even going to go disable my facebook page when the time comes so the stalkers can't find me and send me unneccessary posts on my wall.

I'm getting that way at the moment too... i think for me i dont wanna go out coz it's hot and seeing people means getting dressed lol... and yeah getting sick of total strangers feeling the need to tell me their whole pregnancy or birth stories or judge on how big or small i am for dates and all that stuff! So your not alone!

Oh no darl, I think that's completely normal! You should read my pregnancy journal! I was full of rage at everyone who crossed my path towards the end lol, it's quite entertaining reading!

    I'm so like that!!!
Same as Little_mrs tho... means I have to get out of my pj pants which are really the only comfy thing right now!!!! LOL.

I think it's normal to be a little anti-social because it's hard getting out and about the bigger you get, and you just want to keep to yourself and get everything ready!
Just watch it though, you don't want to completely retreat from everyone, still try to get out a little bit and maybe only avoid people who are not close fam n friends? And maybe explain to the people you do see that you are not feeling so social lately so you may need space every now and then.
