Getting your bra fitted, where did you go?

I am sooooo desperate for some new bras. My boobs are so sore at the moment, I figure the time has come to get properly fitted, and ditch the moulded cup (ugh hate them) and underwire. I was thinking of going to Myer, but I'm not sure if their range is big enough? I'll be checking the one out in the city, but the one at Highpoint was very disappointing. I want something cute, comfy, supportive, nice shape (no cone boobs please!) and soft cup...I don't ask a lot, do I? So where did you go?

I went to a lingerie shop...I guess you could call it specialty, it's called 'She'. I tried Myer, but like you, was disappointed with the range. This store sells hot milk, babylove, etc has quite a good maternity range actually. The lady really knew what she was doing, she told me how big to expect to get and worked out what would carry me through pregnancy as well as feeding- she's been accurate! I tried BNT but the girls didn't have any idea how my breasts would change throughout the 9months and feeding.

I went to Myer and DJ's. Nice bras too about $55-60.

To get fitted for any bra, I just go to bras n things... I don't necessarily buy from there...

I went to bras n things. Massive range and the girl was really really lovely and helpful. Had trouble with my size, and she just kept going until I was happy.

I went to Angelica Lingerie, 30 Anderson St, Yarraville. They stock the Hot Milk range which can be a bit expensive but is sooooo lovely. It was also on special when I was there a few weeks ago. The staff member there was lovely and my bras fit very well.

I must say, it's amazing the difference a well fitted bra makes. I have no idea why I was even wearing my old ones as they were so uncomfortable.

Awesome! I go to Highpoint once a week so will check out bnt...for some reason inwas sceptical about them? No idea why, maybe because I have big boobs and all the bras I see there are cute but only good for up to DD (I've grown so much these last few years I'd be an E or F I reckon). Will also definitely check out Angelica, nice and close!

If you would like to meet up for a coffee sometime let me know as you obvuoulsy live not far from me and will have kids with a similar gap to mine. (but my DS1 is older than yours)

I went to a speciality shop with DS, and got a Hot Milk, then drove the 2 hours home and found i was not happy at all with it I returned it for a refund and went to Bras and Things. This time round, I went straight to Bras and Things to get fitted. They only had 1 bra in the shop that fitted me (small range where i went) BUT I went home, got on their website and found the same bra, just in a different colour, on sale, for about $24 or $26 plus post (paid $60 in the shop) so i ordered myself a second bra. Bargain!!
