glucose tolerance test and the flu

Hi all,
I have the second 3hr glucose test on this thursday and am due to start the high carb diet today.

Last week I was hit with the flu and have just recoverd although still tired and still coughing.

Will this affect anything and can I still do the test on thur?
Might have to ring the centre up but cant find their number.

Your blood sugar is usually higher when you are sick, so it may affect it, perhaps ring and check prior.

there number should be on the back of the request form and I would say ring and ask where you get it done as different companys will vary
