Hey love what classes are you doing? Yoga and Pilates are def good but please tell the instructor...she should know, esp with Pilates as there are a lot of core based moves with that.

Generally if you have been to the doc and they say ok then you can do everything you have done previously. The most common rules are not over heating, keeping your breathing regualr (if you can maintain a conversation you should be fine) and keep a snack handy in case you feel dizzy.

But please tell your instructor as there are contraindications for all classes. If you want specifics then let me know

I have continued fitness class and am now well into my 2nd trimester & think there's no reason why you should stop your classes.
I do think it's important that your trainer/instructor knows that you are pregnant tho, they need to know not to push you too hard or encourange you to do exercises that are beyond you.
    Congratulations on your pregnancy!
