Hey Ladies

I wanna hear from anyone who went to the gym in teh first trimester of their pregnancy.

What did you do or not do? did it cause you any issues?

I started at gym with Personal Trainer 2 months ago, am 5 weeks at the moment. Dr told me its okay to keep going just keep it light and stay cool and heart rate down etc...but I still worry if I should lay off the exercise til 12 weeks??

C'mon help reassure me
