Head cold and sick :(

Hey everyone, I've managed to come down with a horrible head cold and sore throat.
Is there anything at all I can take to help when I am pregnant?
I've taken Panadol but figured that's about all I can take

You can have non medicated cough lollies for the sore throat eg butter menthols. And drink plenty of water. Hope you're feeling better soon

Don't know if it was coincidence or not but girl in my local pharmacy told me she always uses the Benadryl throat gargle to get rid of a sore throat. I used it last week and it worked and my cold really didn't progress to anything. Worth a try.

Home made lemon and honey drinks. Juice of 1 lemon, tsp honey and hot water. Hope you feel better soon x
