    I took the 12hour zantac twice daily for the majority of both my pregnancies. And lots of mylanta.

    I also was prescribed periet (sp?) first pregnancy to reduce the amount of acid in your gut. Drs seem to disagree about whether that's ok during pregnancy - which I found out during my second pregnancy!

    I drank swags of milk which helped, and also learned to always lie on my left side -the way your tummy and oesophagus is designed you get less reflux that way.

    Same problem here - fruit tingles and quickeze chews are helping a little. That and smaller meals more often.

    oooh thanks ladies! So many things to try.
    I think I'll try the fruit tingles first....only cause I'm sure they would be the yummiest!! hehe.

    I got the fruit tingles. they worked but I also got the quickeze......how in the heck do you eat them without spewing?? Eeeewww!!!

    yea I couldn't stand the chalkiness of quickeze, and they didn't really work. fruit tingles FTW!
