Popping in to say hi and give you an update, I got home late tuesday night with no answers other than it didn't seem to be my waters. My ob could see all the the tests were just making things worse and I wanted to be home for dd's birthday today.

I could barely get around yesterday but it improved today and talking to my ob's physio we seem to have worked it out, I felt the baby drop on Thursday, and this all started Friday. It looks like bubs head is sitting on my bladder and any pressure is making it leak alot the catheter made me bleed so my urine is pink and makes it even more confusing.

So now I just need to have the baby to get back to normal, which isn't going to be long as the contractions have come back and are pretty strong. I am seeing my ob tomorrow if I make it till tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks for all the lovely thoughts, will have to catch up on the thread but it looks like everyone is progressing well. Fingers crossed Archie is home soon Sally, he is doing really well to be suck feeding and gaining weight so quickly.
hun , hope things settle down for u, i just saw ur ticker 35 weeks ur doing so well!!!

happy birthday to ur DD as well, hope she had a great day!!! im sure she did with mummy at home!!

    big hi to everyone else!!!

AFM: just had my OB appt and all went well.....

ive lost 5kgs(thank you morning sickness nest weight loss program ever!! ) bit my tummy is prefect so there is no worries there yet....
OB was so happy with my cervix length albeit a bit stunned!! and is super happy with the look of the stitch from the scan!
he is slightly concerned coz i have a grade 3 placenta previa that hasnt budged since 12 weeks but we still have plenty of time for it to move so he is going to keep an eye on that.....
he looked at me and said he is sorry coz if it doesnt move its a CS and i go " u know what i dont care, as long as she is here safe i dont care how she comes out" and he was like yep i agree i dont want u to have any more trauma, poor guy think he feels very sorry for me! someone will score themselfs a nice bottle of red once thid baby is here safely!!!

im off bed rest, still have to take it easy, no marathons or anything like that, no vacuming or anytging involving straining but hey i can go shopping for my princess so im a happy lady right now!!

i can take some weight off the shoulders of DH and cook and that now which is good so we will regain some sort of normality in out lifes!

Has anyone heard from black_rose? I am hoping that she is still baking bubba, but its been over 2 days since she has posted.... thinking of you hun it youa re just popping on to read

Crumpet ~ you are doing a fabulous job hun what a fabulous cervix you have, any extra length you can gain now is a huge bonus!!! Your positivity is purely inspiring, especially for others who have travelled a similar journey to you. I am hoping that your placenta moves up as your belly grows, how extensive is a grade 3, does it cover the whole cervix or it is close to the edge?

for being off bed rest I am doing a bit more at the moment while things are settled, my cervix was remaining stable and the BH's are generally being controlled with the Nifedipine, certainly not doing heavy lifting, long walks or the like as much as I would love to and I know that I can't be on my feet for an hour, but a few extra things is good for my sanity I took DD out this morning as I had to go to the bank and post office and we dropped into the shops and she was an absolute gem, she stood next to me and held my hand (while I sat) at the bank for 15 min then sat on my lap and rifled through my handbag while I sorted out the discharge papers for our home loan (for the house we are selling) and as she was soooo good I treated her to a bubbacino She waved good bye to everyone she saw and got sad when people didn't wave or say goodbye back There is a piccy on my blog of her this morning and also the post below has my 26 week belly shots added, I will be doing another update post as well, it is half written I just need to finish it.

Hi Lovely ladies, Hope you are all going well. And I'm hoping Blackrose is doing okay too.
I'm so sorry for the lack of persies, I am just feeling absolutely buggered tonight both emotionally and physically. I think I'm gonna head off, have a shower and go to bed.

MamaSpice ~ how was you appointment the other day? I hope all is well hun
My appointment went well. The protein levels were back to trace only and my BP is perfect, so a false alarm. I had a fall yesterday though, so I'm feeling very sore and sorry for myself. Bubba is okay though thank goodness.

    Night night . x
