I guess it is up to you to assess the risk to the bub. I used to play indoor soccer and gave it up for pg because it is very rough and the risk was moderate. I really didn't want to give it up but the pg flies by and I don't regret it at all now. I would imagine netball would have a reasonable risk of a ball hitting your stomach? Your team may have some guidelines as well. Sorry I couldnt help more.
I played netball until I was 12wks pg with my 3rd baby. Until that stage the baby is still tucked safely in behind the pelvic bone so there is no risk at all to the baby, but after that the uterus starts growing out and above it, so it is up to you to know what your comfort zone is. I continued to play tennis until 27wks (same pg) too.
