How long did you take your prenatal vitamins for?

I take Swisse Pregnancy - have found them fantastic so far, but do heed the instructions on taking the tablet with a meal!

Did they make you a bit sick when you took them without food one day Anna? Are they a liquid cap?

Willow5Yes they did and very quickly. That being said, I get the exact same thing if I take the regular Swisse vitamins (when not preg) so maybe just because they are rather strong? In any case I've very happy with them and make sure I have them with food. They are a gel cap, quite big too but never have a prob swallowing them.
