Probably around 17 weeks with my first. Then about the same with my 2nd. A bit later with #3 though, because I had a fair bit of extra weight which kind of hid it, so about 20/22 weeks before my belly looked pg, and not just fat!

3rd pregnancy - around 8 or 9 weeks. i had to wear baggy tops because i wasn't going public yet. Some people still guessed, thankfully they were too polite to say until we announced.
1st time - i know my boobs gave me away from around 8 weeks. not sure when my tummy popped though.
