How much Evening Primrose Oil tablets should I be using

I used this as I heard it had asimilar effect to DTD and DP wouldnt put out. I wish I had have used it earlier though as I used it from 41wks. I used to put 2 in at night. If you get up to go to the toilet, and you notice that when you wipe alot of the EPO comes out then just insert another one.
