How much weight did you gain?

With DD i put on 14 kg by 39 weeks.

With #2 i am already 15kg heavier at 32 weeks!

Wondering how much you put on?

Perhaps i have taken the eating for 2 thing too far this time!

    hi pp,
I had severe ms first up and at my appt at hosp I think I was around 70kg, (usually around 75) I weighed myself at mums the other day and I was 86kg! I havent been eating that much differently though, maybe not being quite as carefull, maybe just a little more choccie.....

I put on 12kg with DD.
With DS its hard to say because I lost alot of weight due to HG, at 39 weeks I was about 3kg heavier than when I fell PG but because I had lost the weight at the start I take that into consideration of how much I put on because I put all that back on plus 3kg. So it was approx 9kg with DS.

I think by 25 weeks I had lost 6kg & only ended up 3kg heavier by the end than when I started so I'd say you wont put much on overall. I lost mine over night too LOL I ended up being 5kg lighter than when I fell PG this time round. With DD I was 1kg lighter than pre pregnancy the following day.
I do think it has a bit to do with genes though so considering what happened with your #2 I'd say you have a good chance of doing the same this time round

i put on 35 kilos with DS, 2kg in the first trimester, and the other 33 in the other 2!

This time im starting out about 10kg heavier and would be happy with the regular 6-15kg weight gain.

I was seeing a deitician the last time, who told me i was not eating enough! bah, wont be going back to her!

I put on 24, 27, 20 and 15 kg with my pg's. interestingly, The bigger the baby I had the less weight I gained. So i gained 27kg with my smallest bub and 15 with my biggest.

I only put on about 7 or 8 kg each pg, which according to the scales I lost after but after each one I have progressively put on weight! Am now about 10kg heavier than before I was ever pg. It varies SO much, I wouldn't worry I know people smaller than me who gained 20kg in their pregnancies.

gained about 3 - 4kg. I did lose about 5 kg at the beginning of my pregnany as I had bad morning sickness. I was around 50 - 51kg when I got pregnant, went down to 45kg. 4 days before my daughter was born, I was 54kg and then about a week after she was born I was 45kg again.

I put on around 18kg, I was 43kg pre-pregnancy, was around 61kg a few days before he was born and was back down to 48 a week after he was born. I now weigh 41kg, so smaller than before I was pregnant, but I put that down to breastfeeding and eating healthier!

I put on 30kg with my 1st and thought WTF. I was working full time and eating healthily and it took ages to lose. With my other 3 I only put on about 12kg and with this one I haven't put on any weight so far and I'm 28 weeks now.

Here's hoping that I only put on 1-2kg and lose heaps when I have this one lol.

I was overweight before falling with this one too so reeeeaaalllyy want to lose more : )

I put on 18 kg with Mackenzie. Lost a fair bit straihgt up and am now about 2-3 kg less than I was before I got pregnant. In saying that I was pregnant before that and had m/c so never had chance to go back down. I didn't eat for 2 - I used to get too full but I ate more often and DEF ate WHATEVER I wanted!!! Still do really - breastfeeding has wroked for me - imagine how skinny I would be if I actually exercised and ate healthy all the time!! I'm about 72kg at the moment.

20kg for me, and its been 4 weeks and I'm 66kg - I've lost all but 5kg now, and am 10-12kg from my recommended weight. I blame choclate, though it doesn't stop me from eating it (need the caffiene and happy hormones!!!!!!).
