20kg for me, and its been 4 weeks and I'm 66kg - I've lost all but 5kg now, and am 10-12kg from my recommended weight. I blame choclate, though it doesn't stop me from eating it (need the caffiene and happy hormones!!!!!!).

With DS i put 35kgs, I loss 20kg in the first week after I had him. Still got 12kg til I am back to pre-pregnancy weight. Then I need to lose another 25kgs.
