I wa in my 3rd trimester in Summer last year and I really did find the heat awful as well to you but a very cool freezer

DP bought me a pedastool fan which at home went everywhere with me! If I went to the kitchen it came with me and was right in front of me. If I went to bed it would be blowing on me all day.

I found the coolest clothes were my pjs. Really light cotton and singlet tops. Feet- I lived in thongs or slip on sandals.

Cool showers also helped morning and arvo.

I also used to put damp face washers in the fridge which would make them ice cool and put that around the back of my neck, under my boobs (I used to get really hot there where they would be touching my bump) or on my forehead. I had about 4 on rotation so there was always a cool one.
