    They'd better be ok because I've eaten them... and maron... and cray fish...

    I've also done runny eggs... Dad had just cooked them so I assumed that they would have been fine

    Seriously, how are you meant to keep up with all this stuff we're not meant to eat? It does my head in sometimes!

    I've been eating prawns. My obst in Vietnam just told me to avoid shellfish but he specifically said crab and prawns were OK. So I had regular seafood feasts! But it's sooo expensive to eat prawns and crab here, so I haven't had any since I got back.

    Garlic has antibacterial properties... so I reckon go for it!
