Oh darling, how much more do you have to go through. I am so sorry it's such a harrowing journey for you.

Thinking of you and sending you all my love and strength as always.

    Thankyou so much girls

I am glad I did see my OB as I wasn't sure if it really was something amiss or not, I was thinking surely there couldn't be something else. Seriously how many more complications do I need to have, it just seems so unfair.

It wasn't so bad this morning, I have been doing bits and pieces but with good rests inbetween, but by evening it feels like my insides are falling out which I guess they are, so I guess I have to rest up more

Cassius, I think I will start that thread, I would love to know what others have done to try and strengthen the muscles and things they have avoided.

I feel like I am going to become a real burden on my family and friends, I am so independant and to be told I can't be is taking some getting used to

Oh, Beema, what a rollercoaster ride you're having. I am sure your friends and family won't consider you a burden. If it were in any way possible, I'd be giving you what support I could IRL. Sending you lots of hugs and stickyvibes for little Flicker

Vic I am sure your family and friends will be happy to support you and do absolutely everything you might need to bring little Flicker home safely.
Unfortunately I think you will be the one who finds it hard! Somehow I just don't see you finding it easy to just relax and let others take care of you and everything else
ps. Sunshine I have stopped receiving notifications from this thread too... odd

    Thankyou for the and support.

I am really limited to how much time I can spend on my feet, and keeping anything to really short stints, yesterday was a better day, but today not as good, I am falling appart tonight, probably as I was home with DD and DH was at work, but SIL did come by for a few hours and helped me out so I could do a couple of errands and not take DD with me, as she can't climb into the car or into her car seat yet, just not tall enough, we are getting a little step that I can use to help into the car.

DH has been wonderful, Friday night we had dinner with a friend and spoke through everything and he said how scared he was on Thursday, he is being very helpful, making me rest, getting me to sleep in, picking up DD, putting her to bed getting her up, lifting things, taking stuff up and down the stairs for me. I can still do stuff I just have to do it sitting down, puts a new perspective on cooking food, making sure I have everything ready then sit down prep and cook, but it makes a big difference.

I also get everything together that I need for the day in one hit, nappies, spare clothes etc so that I don't go up and down the stairs all day. So lots of planning and forward thinking

Hope you are going along ok as well kiwigirl it's been tough for both of us...

yes it is difficult for me to sit down so much, not lift and not achieve as much in a day, I don't know how I will keep doing it for months on end...
