    I'm so paranoid!!

    Hi all
I'm 7wks 2 days and I am so paranoid about everything, its driving me (and DH) crazy! I had a scan at 6 wks 3 days and saw the hb (123bpm) which was good. I have had mild cramps since the beginning- mainly at night time. I have also had pretty much no ms...only a llittle bit off food in morning, had sore breasts for last few weeks but not as bad today and have had a few mild headahes but that is pretty much it really. I don't want to get excited cos I'm so worried that when I have next scan at 10 wks there will be no heart beat there.
Am I just being silly, is this normal?? Trying to stop the stressing!

Hiya, welcome to BB. I think this is totally normal. It's really difficult to know what is happening in your own body but unfortunately you just have to trust that all is okay. I figure positive thinking won't hurt

    Hi!
    Congratulations!!!!

I was the same! I didn't believe it or allow myself to get too excited even after my 12 week scan and seeing bubs n the heartbeat! I stressed out sooo much that I was just going to lose her for no reason! And now I am almost 32 weeks and still constantly worry that something is going to happen. I think you will always worry about it because you have a precious little being inside you! Just try to relax and remember your body is created to do this... You are made to grow this child and give birth! If something happens there is nothing you can do unfortunately... so just sit back and enjoy the ride!

I was paranoid until I had my ultrasound and saw the baby and saw the heart beat...then i relaxed. I thought WOW! This is happening...There's a baby in there!

Through my pregnancy I have had minimal symptoms. Apart from the growing belly!
Early on I had a few cramps, very brief episode of morning sickness, and I was getting headaches, but it all eased off.
At first I worried the symptoms had stopped because something was wrong. But Now I'm 30 weeks, bubs is fine, I just have to accept I am blessed with an easy peasy pregnancy!
    Hopefully you will be too.

I think your worries are really normal. Try and hold onto the fact that you had a good result at 6 weeks. My symptoms were a bit the same. I had sometimes really bad cramping at night and had to use a heat pack. I had no morning sickness until week 6 and it began to stop at week 10. I only felt nausea and didn't vomit. I never had sore (.)(.). I know that lack of symptoms can be anxiety provoking but plenty of women don't have many and they are fine. Symptoms seem to be so individual and related only to that pregnancy.

I was terrified before every scan including my 20 week one, so in my view your worries are normal. Wishing you the best of luck.

Welcome to BB and Congrats on your pregnancy.

It is normal to be nervous like everyone has said. It is hard to stay positive- the days and weeks go by soo slowly...

All the very best to you hun...keep yourself busy
