Not too sure about calories, but I'm much the same, only have dinner. Because from previous pregs I know I get naseous, I'm eating small meals or snacks lots throughout the day. My fave thing to eat atm is two rice crackers with sweet chilly philly, topped with grated zuchinni and tomatoes. YUM! And pretty good for you. Having said that I'm eating a bowl of icecream right now hehe.

ETA Cassius I'm going to try that, sounds yummo!

One thing i was going to ask and ill ask in here and hope it gets seen to save making a new thread i cook with alcohol a lot ... steak and ale pies, beef and red wine casseroles etc and i know i should already know this but dont! What im trying to ask is do i have to stop that now or is it still ok as the heat cooks away the alcohol

All the alcoholic content is cooked out of the alcohol babe I make steak and guinness pies often, I'd be devo if I couldn't have it anymore!

I've heard before that not all of the alcohol gets cooked out, I personally thought all of it was...I think that if you cook it well, over 50 degrees and let it simmer for a good amount of time you should be fine. Women have been eating spag bol etc whilst utd for ages afterall
