Does anybody have any suggestions on how to combat this?

I've not been a good sleeper since my late teens but during this PG it has been substantially worse......

Currently I have a warm milk drink before bed and I have to get up to eat and have a drink at around 2pm or else I get hungry and can't sleep because of that, but it seems that I am sleeping quite soundly until I eat and then can't get back to sleep anyway......damned if I do, damned if I don't!!!



Any advice would be most welcome!
