Question It's not possible but what else could it be? Movements at 9 weeks?!

Ok you guys, this is seriously wierd.

I've thought for the last few days that I could feel movements but have dismissed it since obviously, it's impossible at 9 weeks, even for a second pregnancy. The day before the ultrasound, my GP checked to see if my uterus was above my pelvis and it wasn't so we concluded I was under 10 weeks (though I must admit I have a bit of a belly anyway so I wonder how easy it was for him to feel).

Even if my dating ultrasound was wrong (it was an external ultrasound and bubs measured 11mm so I was dated as being just over 7 weeks), movements at 10 weeks aren't possible either! Are they??

I was walking around doing housework then sat down and I swear I could feel this feeling of brushing against the front of my uterus, quite strongly! It was a little bit like popcorn popping!

I really don't see how this could be movements, but what else could it be? I haven't had a period since the very beginning of the year for unknown reasons so I can't go by my LMP or anything.

Hi neenee I think it is possible I remember feeling little air bubbles, how do I explain umm it felt like a bubble that would turn into a fart but it wasnt a fart lol sorry about that but it was the only way to describe it. That was about 9 weeks and my first pregnancy.

I felt flutterby movements at around 9-10 weeks with Ashton, 14 weeks with Chase and it was a lot later with Jaidan.

LOL! Lulu it's seriously right in the front of my pelvis where my uterus is. I remember with my first pregnancy mistaking wind for movements at first but that's just it, this felt EXACTLY like real movements!

Salad that's a funny way to describe it lol! XD So it was like a popping feeling?

missymoo, were they strong feelings or very subtle? This was as clear as day, unmistakeable.

Neenee it was like a bubble moving around, really soft. Just keep an eye on it if it keeps happening I reckon it is movements. I have heard other girls say they felt movements earlier with their second pregnancies because this time they knew what they felt like.

Yeah that's true. In all honesty I'm wondering if my dating ultrasound was a bit off. If I was only 7 weeks I would've thought an internal ultrasound would be the most accurate but she used an external one. Mebbe I'm further along than we think

it was subtle at first and I was a little confused about what it was. It wasn't until Ashton that I knew for sure what it was.
