Hi, I've been warned against the new Deli & Salad's plus menus available at Mcdonalds & Hungry Jacks. The new deli rolls contain process meats and other precooked meats that may have been left in warmers to speed up the time it takes to prepare and give to you. The salads are prepackaged so these could also be unsafe as they are made and then left to sit. All the burgers/fries etc should be fine though. I am a big fan of Hungry Jacks Aussie Burgers, yum, lol. I am really missing the Italian Supreme deli rolls though with all the salami, lol.
