I am not sure how much is actually normal. I guess everyone is different. Some days I can be dry and some days I feel very wet and my nickers get a bit damp, but not enough to warrant a panty liner. Maybe ask your Ob next time.

Very normal to have a lot of cm in pg. Mine got worse with each pg too and started earlier into the pg. I found wearing a panty liner helped a lot and made me not so self conscious about it. Just try to make sure that you wear cotton knickers and preferably none at night so the skin down there can breathe better.

I found in both of my previous pregnancies, I had an over-abundance of the CM too. I needed to use a panty liner to feel better about it all. Apparently it's normal (and very annoying!!!)

very very normal. and.. it gets worse. much worse. ohhh so much mucous! yep i just had to gross u out! i cant believe ur nearly 30 weeks!!! i remember when u were right at the start! but anyhoo yes lotsa CM is normal. If it starts to smell or gets a little itchy down there it may indicate an infection..either thrush or a UTI.. oh isnt pregnancy fun! lol. 10 more weeks to go!! u go girl!! mwah xoxo

it's always good to come across these kinda posts so you realise that what you're going through is normal specially when it's something a little on the personal side - thanks for bringing it up kate, ain't it crazy, we haven't got long to go now!!!

Perfectly normal. I used to get quite a bit of it and then I started to get HEAPS of clear. That really made me worry as I always wondered if it was amniotic fluid leaking. i was constantly changing nickers. It was never anything to worry about and I only went 1 week and 4 days early which of course isn't considered early at all.

Yeah, thanks for bringing it up ... this might just be the right place to ask ...

I have been getting some slightly coloured cm. Lots of clear cm (that does not really worry me), but it gets a light brownish tint, it does not itch and it does not smell .. other than cm normally smells. *TMI* It comes off clear when I wipe myself, but on the pantyliner it looks light brownish. Probably no need to worry right??

oh trust me Kate it does get worse.. wait till u are losing all these small clumps of mucous.. that will freak u out a little. still.... completley normal. if u dont have to change ur undies 2-3 times a day already then u are lucky!! lol
