i had a low lying placenta at 21wk scan with my DS, it had also moved up by the time my 32wk scan to check on my placenta, i did also have a vaginal birth, u havent mentioned if u where warned that when ur placenta moves up u could experience some bleeding, well i was informed of this with mine but i didnt experience any bleeding at all!
I too wouldnt worry to much about it, i stressed about it alot because i desperately wanted a vaginal birth, but eventually i got over it as i had read majority of women who have low lying placentas most of them moved before 32wks!
