Hi there,
I get this as well, think I even posted about it a month or more ago.
I think someone responded and said it has something to do with the ligaments stretching, but I may be wrong.
I get it when I cough or sneeze and try to tuck my knees in when it happens.
Hmmm i'd be curious to know what causes it as i'm only 14 weeks and have had it for a while.
I got the same pains in my first and second trimesters, worse in the first. I found them to be the same pains i get when i ovulate, hurts when i cough, sneeze etc. I thought it might have been my uterus stretching or something?? Never really thought to ask about it tho, would be interesting to find out.
I had the same thing - asked my OB - it's typically what Babyluv said - there are certain ligaments there that are stretching and when you cough (or laugh) it is common to really feel it...it's normal...I felt it starting as early as 7 weeks I think and was really scared until I spoke to my OB.
