    mild non painful cramping

    H guys is mild cramping ok at 4 and a bit weeks? no bleeding/spotting just some small non painful cramping that doesnt last long?

    Sounds like growing pains. This occurs especially if this is your first baby. Baby is just getting comfy and your body is adjusting. If the cramping becomes painful (although this can be normal too) and you get some bleeding take yourself off to the docotors.

    sounds like the uterus beginning to make room and bubs getting comfy for the long haul. with DD i had cramping and twinges for quite awhile.
