Question Nausea from conception, anyone experience it...

I swear I have had it from the moment this little one burrowed into my womb! My question is has anyone else experienced this and how long did it last? Please tell me it doesn't last through out the whole remainder of pregnancy!

Any replies would be greatly appreciated

    xx

ummm, i can't say that it lasted til the end of pregnancy seeing i'm still UTD, but i got it really badly from implantation (blamed the drugs at first, but it didn't go away) - until about 12 weeks, 24/7, never able to not have a bucket at hand. another 9 weeks down the track and i still have nausea that isn't fantastic. not to the same degree as before (thankfully) but going anywhere in the car triggers it, tiredness triggers it, the smell of uncooked meat... lots of little things - even going shopping for more than a few minutes and i'm feeling really unwell - think it's the crowds or something! i haven't been able to tolerate work at ALL. am planning on going back on Monday to try again

hoping your doesn't last even this long - it's horrible and makes life damn difficult - i can't imagine looking after even one other person (adult OR kidlet) let alone a family full of them!

here's hoping the unusual MS is a sign of a little blue bundle letting mummy know he's on his way!

I have known all along (since about 10/12) that I have been pg because of the nausea.. Was just waiting for the test to confirm it.. DH thought I was nuts

It is still going and comparing it to the ms of last pregnancy, give me the ms (at least I chucked with that!). So can't tell you how long it will last for, and I am hoping like you that it doesn't last too long.

Rainforest... nup, never! My first sign with DD#1 was sore bb's, #2 was sore nipples and mooooooody! #3 was HPT then the mood swings, #4 uuummm can't remember... LOL But the m/s (nausea) didn't start til 6-7 weeks I'm sure.

Kinda scared that it may be twins or something! EEEEEEEK!!

Yep Tanya, it happened with DS, and also last week (but stopped 5 days later, chem pg). With DS it lasted until 20 weeks, sorry! The m/s (actually all day sickness!) was pretty awful, I'm hoping I don't go through that again. I hope you don't either hun

    morning sickness

Yes I confess same happened to me 3 times the moment I fell I was sick it lasted for around 3mths and I had it all day and night till I went to bed, but did get better it slowly wore off as the pregnancy went on I must admit though it was worst with my first child normally a dry biscuit prior to getting out of bed can help I just had a packet of like crispbreads or something like saladas next to my bed and would have one of them prior to getting up this helped alot also ginger is suppose to be good for morning sickness if you can stomach it I hated the smell of Ginger Ewwww but I think you can get it in tablet form as well.

Yep Tanya... I have had it with this pregnancy... never with any of my others though.

DH & I DTD unprotected 3 times between 23-24 Dec... and on Xmas night I was sooooooo sick... it hasn't left me yet.
I too got thinking that it might be twins (they're in my family) but who knows... Like you, I certainly hope it doesn't last the whole way through.
Fingers crossed we're both feeling much better real soon

Yeah I knew from day 1 that I was UTD. I was so sick and still chuck most days. Im taking this as a good sign Im cooking a blue bundle as this happened with my son and not with my daughters. Maybe its a blue bundle for you too, twin boys hehe just imagine.

With this pregnancy I had m/s from when the spermie caught the egg and it lasted for about 15 weeks. With Livvy had none at all so I was worried too. But definitely only one in there so there is hope.

It might be a BOY Tanya

With Matthew I had symptoms from conception and nausea was one of those symptoms, I had it on and off throughout the pregnancy, I remember walking into a butcher shop and the smell hit me I felt so and this was within days of conception, same thing happened with Adrian, I knew straight away that I was UTD (again within days of conception) as that is the only time the smell of meat makes me feel sick.

    This time has been different.

Thank you all for the responces... I see it means nothing about gender, just that I am pregnant.. LOL
I don't know why I am doing this again... at least I didn't do it on purpose! BLUGH!! I really hope it doesn't last 40 weeks!
