    Question Tatziki / garlic sauce..

So its take away tea night tonight and all I want is a dinner pack from a Kabab place - this is a pack that has some sliced meat, sallads and some galrlic, cucumber sauce.

Now I would heat the meat and zap and nastys - but I was wondering I can have the sauce? I assume its made out of yogurt, cucumber and garlic...

Im really really craving it now..... but I will not succumb if its a no no.

    TIA
    Kate

If I knew that the place had a high turn over and that the yogurt was stored at a safe temperature, then I would go for it.

Thanks Lisa. I know its a very very busy place and I know that the sauce is stored in the chilled cabinet that the sallad is in - but I have a bit of doubt now so I might give it a miss.

Thanks for taking time to reply!

You could make your own with the same ingredients, at least then you'd know that the right temperature was met.

I ate it (and still am) through both pregnancies - store bought and home made.
