    Aching legs?

I'm 24 weeks UTD and for the last few days I've had the worst ache in my legs it's mainly my thigh/knee area and it's really uncomfy, bordering on painful. I took some panadol last night which helped but it's back with a vengeance today. Do I just keep up with the panadol? Any advice?

I know this isn't what you really want to hear but i had aching legs from about 25ish weeks and they are awful now.....i just had to sit down as much as i could. Do you get fluid retention as well? I really hope it doesn't last as long as mine has! xxxxx

Thanks Yas, at least I know it's "normal" No fluid retention (yet) but did spend a big day on my feet yesterday. I'm going to have to teach sitting down I think!

I've been getting aching legs too, from my knees down. I just rested as much as I could over the weekend and it seems to have eased up. Will be interesting to see how I go tomorrow as I'm back at work after a few days off.

ETA - Sorry I'm no help. But you're not alone.

A balance of vitamin D (exposure to the sun for 15mins without sunscreen before 11 after 2. Calcium, vit D and magnesium supplements worked for me. They all go hand in hand and you cnt get enough while preg!! I have magnesium tissue salts for acute cases wen I wake up during the night etc as it's an instant fix. It's also good for after birth pains.
