Like you said - whats normal in pregnancy!

Congratulations on getting your little bub after such a long time.

Some women dont even get sick, some are vomiting 24/7 and in hospt for IV fluids. Some women dont really notice any breast changes either, for some the pain in the boobs in the first weeks continues and for most it eases off towards the end of the first trimester. You may actually be one of the lucky ones who's sickness goes a couple of weeks earlier thats all!

I read some stats a while ago (in my first trimester) about misscariage rates and they said while 20-25% is often quoted. But for those that have a dating scan done around 8 weeks and see a heartbeat then the MC rate for that group is actually closer to 5%. Once you have seen a little flickering heart beat you are far less likely to have a loss as for that group the pregnancy and likely viability are already confirmed. Yay!

Its only a couple of weeks until your scan at 12 wks. But if that is too long to wait you could always call your care provider and tell them you are concerned. You wont be the first one to do that.
