I bought some to use as a carrier oil for my clary sage and it says suitable for internal and external use, so I'd say so - you can put it on your salad as easily as you can massage with it, so it must be pretty mildAlso, in a few sites I have read about caring for a damaged perineum post-birth, it mentions that it's a good oil to use with other things added, so going by that, I reckon it's fine.
It's great as a belly massage oil, btw - leaves your belly glowy and sooo soft and smooth![]()
