Pitting Oedema - Should I be worried?

Normally I get swelling after being at work & sitting behind the desk all day which was the case on Tuesday. However it usually goes down over the next day or two. It hasn't been hot & I've walked a fair bit on Wednesday & Thursday but the swelling is still there. Today & last night the swelling was pitting - when I put pressure on it, it leaves a dent for around 20-30 seconds. My last antenatal appointment was two weeks ago & my BP was slightly higher than usual, but nothing bad & I has leuk (??) written for my urine test.

I tried ringing my GP and he's not there on Fridays so I called the hospital. I spoke to antenatal who said I needed to speak to delivery, fair enough. But the delivery phone just kept ringing & after six minutes I gave up on waiting for them.

So should I be concerned? Should I just keep trying to get onto delivery & see what they say or is it something I shouldn't worry too much about? The next time I can get in contact with my GP is Monday. Otherwise I can try to talk to someone else at his clinic????
