I was very emotional this last pregnancy also, I considered going onto meds it was that bad. I was crying all the time and seriously thought I was going to end my relationship over the emotional crap. Its an old wives tale that the more emotional pregnancies are girls lol and it was true for me. Definitely find someone to talk to, because its better to talk to someone trained to handle it than those around you who love you but don't know how to support you. There is a time and place for that sure, they need to know how you feel, but if you are anything like I was - feeling highly emotional ALOT - the intensity can also get too much for people to handle, especially our men.

I relied heavily on my naturopath for homeopathic remedies (which were awesome) and other supplements that were great to help while pregnant and emotional. Nicole Tracy is on the BellyBelly support panel and can do phone consultations, so she can send stuff right out to you without having to go to her. Highly recommend that, to help balance crazy hormones and make sure any deficiencies are addressed. I was also very low in iron which made me a bit more feral and tired

Her website is www.nurturedbynature.com.au - and she is one of the most divine, lovely and gentle women I know.
