I would go for easy fitting, comfy things - loose fitting waists or elastic waists might be more comfy for you post-caesarian. I have been told also that high waisted knickers are more comfortable over a c/s scar aswell.
It really does depend so I would take a few comfy things and then if you need smaller stuff maybe you could buy it? I know that's expensive but it depends how much room you have. Also will you be doing much other than being at home or will you be gong out? If was staying at home (which I would!!) then I would mostly wear PJ's, trackies etc. A nice 3/4 top shoulnd't cost more than $15 from K-mart if you need to get a smaller one.
