Mayaness - there is always a risk of error when drugs are being administered, which is why those administering them are well trained. I can't imagine any true adverse reaction to sterile water injections, unless it was injected intravenously? That would be a big error though! There could be a risk of infection at the site, but if it's being administered correctly that would be a small risk, too.
Of course, I would be interested to hear of any true adverse reactions to sterile water injections?

I concur with SB's last post about alternatives if you're to eliminate risk and are seeking non-drug options while you're at it. The 'evidence' cited isn't really compelling.
