    Hollo, being panadol brand, which is paracetamol, I'd imagine it'd be fine!

    If you don't need/want the pain relief, then I'm another who loves honey/lemon tea, mmm. I suppose the panadol drink is the same as taking 2 panadol with your cup of tea.

    I know the Lemsip brand is ok, it says on the packet it is safe during pregnancy. Hope that helps.

    Yep it's fine, I had the lemsip max today, the pharmasist said to go for it.
