Thanks everyone. Steph, I have been seeing a Chiro for the last 10 years and always through my pg's. I had a visit with him on Wednesday and again the previous Wednesday to sort my hips out which are really giving me trouble. I will ask about the Websters technique (thanks Michelle) and see if that can be an option.
