Worth a call to your hospital or MW. It could be just the usual pregnancy symptoms playing out.
I used to get period like symptoms during pregnancy when AF should have arrived.

I have been getting what feels like period pain for weeks now -i assume its all ok, cause nothings come of it?? But get checked out if your worried hunxxx
