Make sure you put away the money you used to spend on cigarettes too! I did that and treated myself to a little something special every now and then as a reward for the money I was saving!!!

It's ok... before the last time I quit, I'd quit about 3 times I think. So far this time I've been a lot more successful, however there are days (in fact today has been one of them) where for no reason at all and completely out of the blue I just full on crave and crave. I don't know that this would work for lots of people, but I have a full and unopened packet in my pantry and have had since the day I gave up ... it's like my mind knows they're there but I don't have one. Weird, but seems to have worked for me and I don't seem to think about them very often at all.
I hope you find what works for you... oh and on the replacement therapy question... you can use them if you are pg... the company HAS to put the warning on there re: being pg and using the therapy.
