I'd say your pains might be ovulation pains seeing as AF was only 2.5 weeks ago.

I didn't start feeling pg until around the time the next AF was due. My AF came every 28 days. I used to get sore boobs and feel tired anyhow when AF was on the way so it was a bit hard to judge.
My 1st pregnancy I tested 4days before AF was due (was keen) and got a -ve, I then tested the day AF was due, still -ve, I didn't get a +ve until 4 days after AF was due. My boobs were sore and I was dog tired and got a cold sore which meant I was run down or something was happening. 2nd time round I felt exactly the same, sore boobs, dog tired and again I got a cold sore in exactly the same place. I tested a day b4 AF was due -ve, then I bought a different brand I think it's Fortel (the one where it says you can test b4 AF is due), and the lines came up straight away.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

usually i get sensitive nipples after O - but last month my breast ached from O to AF so - it may just be hormones sweets

    This is on FF

Tender Breasts: While your experience may be different, you may notice a pattern to the sensitivity of your breasts. They may feel more sensitive at around the time of ovulation and they may continue to feel sensitive throughout your luteal phase. Again, if you notice that there is an observable pattern to the sensitivity of your breasts, it is useful to record it in the checklist on the data entry page so that you can make future predictions or notice changes from cycle to cycle. While some women say that tender breasts are an early pregnancy symptom, there is no way to know if you are pregnant by the sensitivity of your breasts. Breast sensitivity may be linked to increased progesterone. Progesterone is increased both during the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle when you are not pregnant and during pregnancy. The sensitivity of your breasts may be useful for you to cross-check other signs if you have a consistent pattern but it is not a useful fertility sign on its own.

Have you been trying for long? Was the period you had 2 1/2 weeks ago normal, it may have been implantation bleeding if it was only light and for a short amount of time, it will be interesting to see what your test has to say, keep us posted!!

I held out to test until i was 16DPO.

The only signs i had were increase CM, Sore boobs, not heaps sore but tender. They only started getting sore about a couple of days before AF was due. i had terrible lower back pain which i still have and constipation (sorry if TMI)

Good luck with your testing, i hope you get your BFP!!!
