    Unhappy Now I"m Worried!!!!

So last night, I was spotting very little tinges of a light pink. I didn't think much of it becuase I heard that was normal. This morning when I used the rest room the first time, there was no pink tinge when I wiped.....then the second time I went it was a little bit more than pink and it started to look more red. I went to the og/gyn and when I looked down after undressing and sitting on the examination bed, it looked like what my first day of menstruation would look like!!!! She examined me to see if my cervix was opened or closed, and she said that it was closed so that was a good sign. She said that she still would not be able to see anything in an ultrasound because I'm only about 5 wks, so she now is checking my hcg levels today and then again on friday to see if it has increased. I'm so scared....I'm I losing the baby?

    Hey Ness
It must be so scary for you, i hope it all works out ok, i guess sometimes we just have to trust in the specialists we see and trust they know what they are talking about. stay positive and wait for the tests to come back, i know this is easier said than done. good luck wish you well
