Most of the time I responded with "Ive done a lot of research on xyz & what Ive found says its better than xyz because......"

My sister constantly told me I was fat, so I said to her "how much do you weigh?" & she said 55kg, to which I replied with "I put on 14kgs in total with DS & only got to 57kg" Then yesterday she called me fatty again & I turned round to her & told her I weigh less than her now& she didnt like that
