Hey serenity - I had a GREAT book with a cartoon character on the cover it's called So You're Going to be a Dad - by Peter Downey.
Good luck

Congrats!
We got a hilarious one - not specifically aimed at guys but my DH loved it. It's called Let's panic about babies! How to endure and possibly triumph over the adorable tyrant who will ruin your body, destroy your life, liquefy your brain and finally turn you into a worthwhile human being - by Alice Bradley and Eden M. Kennedy.
It's so well-written and funny. Chapters include 'Now you're comical to everyone but you' and 'Effing hell, it's a baby'.
Have also heard that So you're going to be a dad is really good too.
My DH is still quoting Being Dad at me (and attributes his cleaning the toilet to it!!) and he finished it before we were out of the first trimester
DH didn't mind the kaz Cooke one - he read each week as I was going through it with ds hasn't looked at it since but he's been a bit busier this time round with study and ds.
