Yep! I have one that DH has lovingly dubbed "The Poo Pillow" (it's got a dark brown pillow cover on it ><; and I LOVE it. I mostly use it on my back to wedge myself on my side, otherwise I end up on my back during the night. You can use them frontways though, and sometimes I bend mine so it's like one of those banana pillows... I think they're a good investment
