pulling muscles I didn't think existed!

Is anyone else finding themselves more prone to pulled muscles, or other similar injuries, now they are pregnant?

I'm not doing anything very strenuous, though keeping up with my usual moderate exercise habits, but I keep pulling muscles. Not even when I'm exercising, but say this morning I was sitting down on the grass and when I got up, I hurt something in my back that I swear I never hurt before.

I've wondered whether it is something hormonal going on that makes me more prone to such injuries?

Anyone else discovering places to hurt that they never had before?

During pregnancy, all your ligaments and tendons (are these different things?...hmmm) become softer and looser in order for your body to grow and so that bub can get out! Unfortunatley, this also makes us more prone to injuries from stretching/moving the wrong way. So, though frustrating, completly normal!
