Ash - i bought the tea from a health food shop.

I also wanted to pop back & update my previous post. I was in early labour last friday - over fri afternoon/sat morning my contractions stayed around 7-10mins apart but when i went into the hospital around 1.30pm on sat i was already 7cm. Even though the contractions i had at home werent that close together, they all lasted for around 1m. I have no idea if the rlt helped but it certainly doesnt seem to have hurt
