I had heard of it in my previous pregnancy but never used it - I'm planning on using it this time because I really *REALLY* want a natural birth.

Where do you get it from? I know the tablets are at the chemist - is this tea just from Coles?

Both from health food stores. I'd get the tea in leaves though, not in tea bags, and brew your own pot. The tea is a lot cheaper than the tablets but the tablets are great if you can't stand the flavour of the tea.

I got both from a health food shop as well.

I drank it from 33 weeks in both previous pregnancies. DS 1 5 hr labour, DS2 3.5 hour labour. Good effective contractions. No pain relief or intervention!!
Now 33 weeks with twins but not sure whether to drink it.... What do people think? I really want a natural delivery...
