Pregnastics is an exercise class for preggers. I loved it and went once or twice a week. It is free and you do aerobic type exercises (no jumping), and ball and floor work. It is run by the physio department of the hospital. You just book one week ahead for the class. Can't remember when you cant start but you can go right up until you pop. I really found it worth it as you do lots of exercises that incorporate birth positions and it also helps keep your abdomen and pelvic floor strong.
