So I have been debating posting this because I feel really weird about it. Since being pregnant I have grown something weird on the tippity tip of my nipple. You know how right on the tip there is like those four small dots that secrete the milk? Well one has gone out of control and is growing straight out!? When I went to my dr I had a breast exam and she didnt mention it so it must not be a big deal, but its embarressing. It looks like a nasty worty growth thing on the tippity tip of my nipple?? but I know its breast tissue...what up?
Um could it be a blocked duct thing ....ooh, I forget what they call it , but essentially where the milk comes out it's blocked - kinda like a pimple. I read it on a post here once.....
I had that when I was pregnant as well. Mine was a skin tag, just a little extra bit of skin. I hadn't thought about it until I read your post but it's gone now.
sounds like a skintag to me very common in pregnancy and can be removed easily if its concerning or in the way for bubs, I have grown one under my arm since being pregnant mine are pink and not sore at all. Is your sore because if it is and looks like the duct its probably a blocked duct which can sort itself out with massage under the hot shower but if it continues growing or becomes sore book in immediatly.
TM I don't have any overtly prominent ones but my nipple tips are generally quite lumpy and uneven all over. In fact I cannot see four ducts at all. I never knew there were four ducts!
