    Ricotta - yes or no?

So...I'm going out to dinner tonight and my fave thing on the menu has ricotta in it. Last pregnancy I only ate cheddar cheese but I've since read somewhere that some others are fine. Is ricotta one of them? I have a feeling it's not....but I'm hopeful!

Hey hun, I ate Ricotta all through both my pregnancies. It is actually a great source of protein and calcium. What are you wanting to eat?

It's a pasta. I'm assuming as it'll be cooked it will be fine. Thanks for the info
